The damage detection imaging system captures and stitches together images of three surfaces—the two sides and the top—and, by incorporating images of the front and rear, enables a comprehensive 5-sided inspection of the shipping container. The two side panels and the top surface are each presented as a single composite image.
The resulting images are displayed below: (Images of the top, left side, and right side of the container)

The visual effect is as follows: (Front section of the box body, rear door)

Container Damage Detection System: Data Storage and Retrieval
-Images are compressed in JPEG format; compression ratio is adjustable per required image quality, preventing oversized files wasting storage or over-compressed pictures unfit for manual visual check.
-The system automatically purges expired image files when disk capacity is insufficient.
-All identification logs are stored in the database and linked to corresponding captured photos for quick access.
-Comprehensive functional interfaces are available for record inquiry and report generation:
→Multi-condition query supported: date, lane ID, container number, container type and other screening parameters.
→Captured pictures can be directly opened from query results for review.
→Users may tag identification results as correct or incorrect based on actual images for statistical analysis.
→Customized reports can be generated on demand.
